This latest iPhone app, GlassesOff, reduces or even eliminates the need for reading glasses. Scientists recommend this app for adults 40 to 60 years old as it seems to have better reading results. It is a self-guided app as the users take a personalized training program up to 15 minutes per session for 3 times a week in order to receive their assessment on how much this app can help them read without their glasses.

Although this app is not a cure for presbyopia it is however, a very important medical tool to help with the assessment of the problem and eliminate the use of reading glasses, at least for users under 70 years old. But mainly, this app was the beginning of a new era when personalized apps can help us with various medical conditions!
